It gives us immense pleasure to share with you all that S.S. Rana & Co. in association with Law College Dehradun, Uttaranchal University has organised a National Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights from July 27-31, 2020.
Webinar on IP Enforcement & Litigation
Day 5 of the symposium saw Mrs. Priya Adlakha, Partner, at S.S. Rana & Co. speaking on the topic ‘IP Enforcement & Litigation’. In this highly enriching session, Mrs. Adlakha highlighted the intricacies involved in strategizing an enforcement and legal action in IPR disputes. She threw some light on the various kinds of IP disputes, procedure adopted in civil and criminal litigation and importance of administrative remedies etc.
This brings us towards the end of the 5 day National Symposium on Intellectual Property Rights. We would especially like to express our gratitude to the team at Law College, Dehra Dun for the excellent management of what turned out to be a successful and highly stimulating 5 days.
