What is secured digital signature?

Where by a security procedure (agreed to by the parties), it can be verified that a digital signature, at the time of its fixation was—

(a) unique

(b) capable of identifying the subscriber;

(c) created in a manner that if the electronic record (where it was placed) was altered the digital signature would be invalidated, then the same shall be known as a secure digital signature.
