JOB DESCRIPTION

Location-: South Delhi

PQE -: 0.6 Months – 2 Years

  • Welcoming and attending clients, guests, walk in, visitiors.
  • Welcoming and attending clients, guests, walk in, visitiors.
  • Front desk management.
  • Managing arrangement of conferences and meetings and preparing the conference rooms.
  • Maintaining and monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Answering queries for any enquiries at the reception.
  • Post and courier management.
  • Ordering stationary, housekeeping and pantry consumable etc.
  • Managing, monitoring and maintaining rooster of housekeeping, panty and field staff.
  • Making reports of stationary stock register
  • Preparing meeting and conference rooms for all meeting

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Ensuring efficient running and operation of the Reception Desk.
  • Offer a warm & friendly greetings to visitors.
  • Good organization and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive & hardworking. Ability to listen and anticipate.
  • Smart, presentable appearance.

Office Management course would be an added advantage!
