S.S. Rana’s quality journey began in year 2013 towards Information Security Management System implementation and got certified in year 2015 is one of the few ISO Certified Law Firms in the country on ISO 27001:2013 certification (Global Standard for Information Security Management System).
The firm proactively worked on environment management system and implemented best practices on Energy Conservation and was certified on ISO 50001 in year 2016.
The journey continued with continual improvement and the firm implemented the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 standard to ensure customer satisfaction and improved quality and business performance.
We integrated Lean best practices like Kaizen and the firm got certified on ISO 9001:2015 in the year 2017.
